This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your Personal Information and business data as a merchant using our platform for merchants, known as MicoesCupEnterprise ("Platform").

2.1 This Policy applies to all services provided through the MicoesCupEnterprise mobile application ("App") and related websites intended for merchants ("Merchant Services").

3.1 **Informasi Pendaftaran & Identitas Merchant**: Nama lengkap penanggung jawab, nomor telepon, alamat email, nama pengguna, kata sandi terenkripsi, dan dokumen identitas (seperti KTP) untuk verifikasi.

3.1 **Merchant Registration & Identity Information**: Full name of the person in charge, phone number, email address, username, encrypted password, and identity documents (such as KTP) for verification.

3.2 **Informasi Toko (Outlet)**: Nama toko, nomor registrasi bisnis (NIB), NPWP, lisensi operasional (jika ada), alamat fisik toko, nomor telepon toko, dan foto toko.

3.2 **Store (Outlet) Information**: Store name, business registration number (NIB), tax ID (NPWP), operational licenses (if applicable), physical store address, store phone number, and photos of the store.

3.3 **Informasi Keuangan**: Informasi rekening bank (nama bank, nomor rekening, nama pemilik rekening) untuk tujuan penyelesaian (settlement) pembayaran.

3.3 **Financial Information**: Bank account information (bank name, account number, account holder name) for payment settlement purposes.

3.4 **Data Operasional & Transaksional**: Informasi pesanan, detail transaksi, data penjualan, informasi produk (nama, harga, stok), dan interaksi dengan pelanggan (seperti ulasan, setelah dianonimkan).

3.4 **Operational & Transactional Data**: Order information, transaction details, sales data, product information (name, price, stock), and customer interactions (such as reviews, after anonymization).

3.5 **Informasi Staf**: Jika Anda mendaftarkan staf untuk mengoperasikan Platform, kami akan mengumpulkan nama dan peran staf tersebut, dengan asumsi Anda telah memperoleh persetujuan dari mereka.

3.5 **Staff Information**: If you register staff to operate the Platform, we will collect their name and role, assuming you have obtained their consent.

3.6 **Informasi Teknis & Aktivitas Jaringan**: Alamat IP, log perangkat, jenis perangkat, versi sistem operasi, dan riwayat aktivitas di dalam Platform untuk tujuan keamanan dan analisis.

3.6 **Technical & Network Activity Information**: IP address, device logs, device type, operating system version, and activity history within the Platform for security and analytical purposes.

3.7 **Lokasi**: Lokasi presisi toko Anda untuk manajemen pesanan dan pengiriman. Anda dapat mengontrol izin ini melalui pengaturan perangkat Anda.

3.7 **Location**: The precise location of your store for order and delivery management. You can control this permission through your device settings.

4.2 **Security & Compliance**: To perform identity verification, prevent fraud, monitor for illegal activities, and ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.

4.3 **Komunikasi**: Untuk mengirimkan notifikasi terkait pesanan, pembaruan layanan, informasi penting, dan materi promosi (dengan persetujuan Anda, di mana Anda dapat memilih keluar kapan saja).

4.3 **Communication**: To send you order-related notifications, service updates, important information, and promotional materials (with your consent, from which you can opt-out at any time).

4.4 **Penelitian & Pengembangan**: Untuk menganalisis data operasional (secara agregat dan anonim) guna meningkatkan fungsionalitas Platform, mengoptimalkan operasi bisnis, dan mengembangkan fitur baru.
